The principal outcome of the future project is the solution intended to decrease the number of hypertension events among patients aged 50 years and older. However, the objective is not limited to the examination of hypertension and suggesting how to address this problem more efficiently. It would also lead to a reduction in risks of such events as a stroke, heart failure, or all-cause death (Corrao et al., 2017). The studys significance is defined by its extended scope allowing it to address numerous issues at once. Its outcomes will be measured over the time a medical institution implements the suggested solution.

The results of its use would allow considering whether it is an efficient method or further research is needed to determine additional factors influencing the health of people with hypertension. The method would be significant in the case of the realization of intended improvements (Burnier & Egan, 2019). In terms of similar studies aimed at promoting the health of patients with specific conditions, the difference between statistically significant evidence and clinically significant evidence will be in their theoretical and practical focus. Thus, the proven hypothesis does not necessarily indicate a successful implementation of an identified method in practice due to the difference in various medical institutions environments.

The study findings would help advance an evidence-based project by providing extensive diversified information on the condition and its relation to other possible events. Each of them would imply the continuation of more specific research regarding a single event and its correlation with hypertension, thereby developing the whole project. As for my practice, I found that the most beneficial approach is considering all factors that influence ones health status and searching for their connection to the current situation for a better solution. It allows simplifying the treatment by readjusting regimens to patients conditions.
