There are a number of healthcare quality issues affecting the performance of various caregiving centers. The improvement in medical insurance coverage has enabled individuals to embrace and access primary care services in modern societies. Concurrently, patient experience is a paramount concern that often shapes the operational culture in many of these organizations because many clients demand value for their money. Such concerns have resulted in streamlining and modernization of the operating systems to achieve the institutions mission.

Using the core measures approach, the hospitals can manage this challenge by designing an interactive platform where clients can give their feedback towards the level of service rendered. This option is relevant because it provides specific mechanisms of handling change in the hospitals by tackling specific goals. At the same time, inculcating a performance improvement system within the organizational culture will also provide a monitoring strategy to help meet the ever-changing conditions of the patients. Continuous improvement is important to help in adopting the dynamics of the medical fraternity (Ahn et al., 2021). Therefore, I chose the two approaches because they tend to play a major role in shaping the mission of many hospitals.

My organization has instituted a long-term framework to help in sustainable quality improvements, embracing corporate social responsibility as the most important virtue. This practice is pivotal in tackling pragmatic issues in the healthcare environment and ensures continuous gap identification to minimize patient complaints (Ahn et al., 2021). Overall, all medical professionals are often encouraged to do consistent research, enrolling in training and other opportunities to ensure a modern understanding of quality care principles. Such an organizational culture provides a platform for continued interaction among patients and expertise in the industry, helping promote continuous quality improvement of services as well as elevating accessibility for all populations.
