Humanity does not stand still and gradually develops, achieving more powerful and significant discoveries. These or other discoveries are vital as they indicate the progress of human society and, therefore, its development. Over the past 50 decades, man has reached unprecedented heights and made many discoveries in science. This work provides and describes three significant achievements of humankind and states their worth to society.

The first achievement is the invention and launch of the Chinese orbital station. On September 29, 2011, China became the first country after Russia and the United States to launch an orbital station-class crewed vehicle (Pardini & Anselmo, 2019). The PRC authorities called this project a test to create a full-fledged analog of the ISS (Pardini & Anselmo, 2019). Tiangong-1 spent more than eight years in orbit deorbiting took place on April 2, 2018 (Pardini & Anselmo, 2019). Thus, China has shown its development in rocket engineering.

NASA announced the discovery of the first small rocky exoplanet on January 11, 2011. The small exoplanet Kepler-10b found by humankind was 1.4 times the size of Earth and 4.6 times heavier (Chontos et al., 2019). At the same time, Kepler was launched in 2009 specifically to search for planets that could be inhabited by a rocky structure like Earth, Mars, or Venus (Chontos et al., 2019). Thus, this fact means that humanity is developing in outer space and has reached such heights as the identification of new planets.

One of humanitys most significant health discoveries is the COVID-19 vaccine. China, the USA, Russia, and many European countries confirm their superiority in creating the most complex samples and testing them as quickly as possible, on the verge of being possible (Sharma et al., 2020). However, as it turned out, if necessary, the process can be accelerated (Sharma et al., 2020). Thus, scientists of the world community have shown how they can, if necessary, mobilize and develop quite successfully working drugs.

Thus, it can be concluded that the above examples and many other discoveries affirm human progress and indicate evolution. The latest developments are mainly achieved with the help of existing scientific achievements, which means the consistency of research and its extreme necessity. Humanity does not stand still and develops every year, bringing changes and innovations into the world that help society to live and solve problems.
