Evolution is the process that defines development occurring in diverse spheres of peoples lives, such as technology, the human body, sea inhabitants, literature, and medicine. Additionally, evolution in different spheres required various periods of time. For example, technology develops fast; therefore, technological processes and devices can be managed, improved, and utilized during a several-year period. At the same time, the development of the human body has been happening since the birth of humanity around 2 million years ago. Hence, different changes in human nature are constantly occurring, but the process of development takes decades or even centuries, and such changes are not always immediately noticed. In this case, it is easier to discuss the technological change in the current time as it can be clearly observed and understood.

Technological evolution is happening fast and is implemented in medicine, engineering, production, marketing, and even policing. An example of fast evolution and development is the utilization of highly effective devices in medical check-ups and conducting surgeries. For instance, the recently invented robots that assist in fracture reduction are ubiquitously applied in medicinal surgeries, and their constant evolution is obvious. Previously, physicians had to conduct fracture reduction operations manually and manipulate fractured bones, constantly monitoring the situation. However, the implementation of robots aims to increase the effectiveness of such surgeries, reduce the common drawbacks, improve accuracy, shorten the rehabilitation period after the operation, and reduce the amount of radiation that medical personnel gets (Zhao et al., 2020). Hence, the invention, development, and evolution of this technical tool did not take as much time as the evolution in the human body.

During its invention process, diverse proto-types were created, and various tools were implemented. After the creation of the first robot assistant, diverse innovations were immediately suggested. For instance, the next model of these technical devices was designed as a robotic mechanism and modified to lower the threats for the medicinal personnel and to accommodate the basic safety rules (Zhao et al., 2020). Later, more effective devices were developed and classified based on various criteria, such as the location of the fractured bone, the level of damage, and the most appropriate method for the surgery. The most current innovation is a 3D navigation system implemented to provide the surgeon with better navigation and a better understanding of the damage to the bone. Therefore, the evolution of the discussed technical tool is evident and happened in a comparably short period of time.

Such an evolution did take place because of the fast changes happening in the world. The development of diverse technological tools is one of the integral spheres of peoples interest. In addition, medicine is a critical sphere that needs new approaches to the existing problems and requires changes in medical costs, curing methods, education, and equipment. Because bone fracture is a reason for future difficulties in locomotion and can bring many drawbacks, the mechanisms of fixing the damage should be improved to provide patients with high-quality care. Hence, such innovation was suggested in the example of the robotic assistant. Moreover, all technical devices are subject to obsolescence; therefore, innovations, modifications, and evolution are crucial parts of any production process. Hence, the previously incented robotic assistant for bone fracture surgeries is constantly modified according to diverse trends and new technologies such as 3D navigation.
