Each company strives for success using different instruments and tools. One of the critical factors to increase performance is the correct work distribution aimed at employee preferences. The placement of employees is essential for the companys productivity factor. This process implies the rational allocation of work considering employees individual characteristics, skills, abilities, and preferences (Edwin 34). Employee placement is an essential part of productive Human Resource (HR) management and requires proficient leadership skills.

Usually, the organization should have a documented plan of the employees duties distribution which is based on the leaders reports upon working with particular people. This is a pretty complicated task, even for experienced managers. However, this process is essential for any organization to increase productivity through HR navigation (Yunanti 2). Therefore, it is vital to estimate the skills and interests of the employees, ensuring their promotion and stable development. Some companies use emerging technologies such as Decision Support Systems, which contribute to a more precise analysis of the workers needs and abilities (Setyohadi et al. 2). Thus, leaders and managers play a substantial role in employee placement. Such people are responsible for operating the people who bear the greater organizational responsibility.

Leadership skills can be developed and improved through constant work and gaining practical experience. The essential factor ensuring the growth of the employees and the whole company is choosing the suitable for particular organization leadership approach. Leaders should be able to influence and direct the workers, understand their abilities and problems (Setyohadi et al. 5). Managers should analyze the results of their activities carefully to gain knowledge and energy to strive for employee better working conditions. Therefore, leaders require good communication, conflict solving, and personality analysis skills to perform the productive employee placement.
