The Internet is an integral part of peoples lives. With the advent of this technology, individuals have gained access to a large amount of knowledge and opportunities. Moreover, the Internet provides a variety of ways to have a pleasant pastime and entertainment and communicate with people. For me, the most valuable experience of using the Internet was the involvement of this technology in the learning process, as it allowed me to broaden my horizons and gain the opportunity to succeed.

While studying at school, the Internet became one of my most essential assistants for me. Initially, my experience of using it consisted of finding the necessary information for various tasks and preparing for tests or exams. Gradually, I became more interested in what the Internet offers and found many educational platforms aimed at improving and acquiring skills. Participation in some of the programs found on this platform contributed to the expansion of my social circle through the acquisition of pen pals. Therefore, I was able to find people who share my interests and can help if necessary. It is worth noting that the negative aspect of using the Internet for me is a high level of distraction (Feng et al., 2019). I often find myself surfing various websites, which distracts me from my main goal.

In conclusion, my experience with using the Internet is positive, as this technology is a practical assistant in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge. In addition, it allowed me to meet new people who share my interests. At the same time, the main issue for me is Internet abuse and frequent distraction to various web pages. Thus, I need to develop a strategy that will help me combine the use of the Internet for personal and educational purposes.
